A tournament you enter on a Tuesday is on every rostered player’s page before you close the laptop. Nothing to copy, nothing to remind anybody to update.

Each rostered family’s profile shows the fixture under “where to see me next”, without them touching anything.

The team page

One URL for the squad that a parent can keep open on a Saturday. Past matches drop off on their own.

A link for a coach

An unguessable share link with the full weekend on it. Send it to a college coach without giving them anything else.

A sheet for the tent

A printable one-page schedule. Paper still wins at a field with no signal.

02Getting your account

Your club invites you. That is the whole setup.

There is no manager sign-up form, because a stranger should not be able to claim a squad. The director sends an invite to your email and the link does the rest.

    Your director enters your email against a squad. You get one link, good for fourteen days.

    You set a password

    Or sign in, if you already have an account. Either way you land straight on the squad.

    You enter the weekend

    Tournament, matches, kick-off times, field numbers. That is the job, and it is the whole job.

The invite works whether or not you already have an account, and it expires after fourteen days. If you already signed up as a parent, accepting adds the squad to the account you have — nobody ends up with two logins.

03What you can and cannot see

One squad’s schedule. Not a roster of children.

Managers hold the least access in the system, on purpose. It is the account most likely to be handed to whoever volunteered, so it is the one that had to be smallest.

  • You see your squad’s schedule

    Tournaments, matches, kick-off times and field numbers for the one team you were assigned. You can add, edit and remove them.

  • You do not see the roster

    No player list, no families, no contact details, no academics. A manager account cannot read a single athlete row.

  • One squad, not the club

    Being a manager for the U16s gives you the U16s. Unassigned, the area shows nothing at all.

  • You cannot publish anybody

    Only a guardian can put a player’s page online, and nothing you do changes what is on it.
