For clubs and teams
Every club promises a college pathway.
Buy it for the roster once a season and you have the programme behind the promise — every family with a real profile, every squad with a page and a shared schedule. No hire, no migration, and nothing new in your coaches’ week.

A college placement program, without hiring one.
Almost every club promises a college pathway. Almost none has a person whose job it is to deliver one, so it becomes a parent meeting in November, a shared spreadsheet nobody updates, and a coach forwarding emails at eleven at night. This is that programme — the same promise, running by itself.
What a placement programme has to do
- 01Give every player something a coach can openFilm, positions, vitals, academics and a way to reach the family — at one address, on a phone, without an account.
- 02Tell coaches where to watch themThe showcase, the venue, the field number and the kick-off time, published early enough to be planned around.
- 03Keep it true for four yearsA profile written in ninth grade is worthless by junior year unless somebody maintains it every season.
Who does it here
- 01The family writes itThey add the film and the grades, because they are the only ones who will do it the week it changes. You supply the roster and the crest.
- 02A team manager enters the weekendOne volunteer per squad, typing a tournament once. It lands on every rostered player automatically.
- 03The system keeps it currentPast events remove themselves, the club page rebuilds itself as families publish, and a lapsed plan hides work rather than deleting it.
Notice who is missing from the right-hand column: your staff. No coach is asked to write a profile, chase film, or answer a college coach on a family’s behalf. The programme runs on the work families were already doing badly in four different places.
Nothing you use today gets replaced.
This is not a migration and it is not a platform you move onto. Registration stays where it is, film stays where it is, your website stays where it is. One CSV goes in, and a set of links comes out.
Stays exactly where it is
Your registration system
GotSport, TeamSnap, Playmetrics, a spreadsheet — whatever holds your roster stays the source of truth. We take one CSV export from it.
Your film
Hudl, Veo, YouTube, Vimeo. Players paste the link they already have. Nothing is re-uploaded, re-encoded, or moved.
Your website and your socials
Keep them. The club page is a link you add to them, not a site you replace them with.
Your team chats and your calendar
Nobody has to move a group chat. A manager types the tournaments that matter for recruiting; the Tuesday training session does not need to be here.
Your coaches’ jobs
No coach is given an account, a task, or a profile to write. Nothing about this shows up in their week.
Comes from us
A profile for every player
Created from your roster with a claim link for each family, carrying your crest and colours.
A club page and a page per squad
Filterable by graduation year, position and team, at an address you can print on the registration form.
A schedule college coaches can use
Entered once per squad, published to every player, and shareable as one link or one printed sheet.
Something concrete to sell
A line on the registration form that survives being asked what it actually means at a parent meeting.
Three moves, and the season runs itself.
Nothing here becomes a job for your staff. The club does the first step, families do the rest, and the pages stay current because the people who care most are the ones editing them.
- 01
Import your roster
One CSV. Every row becomes a private profile with a one-time claim link for that family.
- 02
Families take over
A guardian claims the profile, adds film and events, and controls what is public. You never edit their page.
- 03
Share the team link
Each team gets its own URL and a shared schedule. Coaches following one age group get exactly that age group.
Four links, and a PDF for the tent.
Every one of these is generated for you and stays current on its own. Put them on the registration form, in the season email, on your website, or in a message to a college coach on a Tuesday night.

- 01The whole programme
playerlink.me/c/gulf-coast
Every published player, filterable by team, year and position. This is the one that goes on the registration form and the website.
- 02One squad
playerlink.me/c/gulf-coast/u16-girls
For the team chat, and for a college coach who recruits one age group and should not have to scroll past your U13s.
- 03One weekend

An unguessable link with every match, field and kick-off time on it. Send it to a coach without giving them anything else.
- 04One player
playerlink.me/mia27
The family’s own page. You never edit it, and it works whether or not it came from your roster.
A programme a coach can navigate in one link.
Not six exports and a shared drive. One address for the club, one for each team, and a schedule that only has to be typed once.
A club page coaches can filter
Every published player, filterable by team, graduation year and position. One link for your whole programme.
A page for every team
Its own URL, so a manager can drop it in the team chat and a coach following one age group sees exactly that.
One calendar, entered once
A weekend you enter reaches every rostered player, a link you can send a coach, and a schedule you can print for the tent.
Your crest on every profile
Club badge and colours carry onto each player’s page, so a shared link reads as your programme, not a third-party site.
Safety you can defend to a board
No home address, no school on the public page, no player phone or email. Those fields do not exist where a stranger can read them.
Film that stays where it is
Players paste the YouTube, Hudl or Veo link they already use. Nothing to migrate and nothing new to host.
What it costs you, and why the spreadsheet keeps losing.
What it costs you
Your time
One CSV upload and one email to families. There is no season-long admin job hiding behind this.
Your staff
Nothing. Coaches are not asked to write profiles, chase film, or answer college coaches on a family’s behalf. A team manager can own their squad’s schedule without seeing the roster.
Your liability
Guardians own every page and every message. The club never holds a child’s contact details, because the system does not store them.
Why not the spreadsheet
A spreadsheet goes stale in a month
Families update their own page all season, so the link a coach opens in March is still right in October.
A coach will not open a Google Doc
They will open a link on their phone between matches. That is the whole difference.
You cannot send one link for one team
Here every team has its own page, so a coach recruiting 2027s is not scrolling past your U13s.
Nothing extra.
A club on the roster plan covers the full profile for every player on it — events, coach contact, the coach view, the PDF one-pager. Families at clubs that have not signed up can still make a free page themselves, and pay $99 a year if they want the recruiting tools on top.
