Terms

An account must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, on behalf of a player aged 13 or over. By creating one you confirm you are that player's parent or legal guardian, and that you consent to their information being published as you configure it.

A guardian may give the player their own login to edit their page. That login cannot publish the page, change where coach messages go, or alter account settings.

Club, coach and manager accounts are for adults acting for a real organisation.

Photographs, video links, biographies and everything else you add remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store it, and to display it on the pages you choose to publish.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. That includes match footage — see Copyright.

• Do not create a profile for a player who is not yours to create.
• Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not use the contact forms, the recommendation links or the club enquiry form to send bulk, abusive or misleading messages.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download or attempt to enumerate profiles. These are children.
• Do not attempt to reach a player outside the routes the product provides.

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of these, and we will act quickly where a child's safety is involved.

Recommendations are written by people outside this service. We do not verify that a writer is who they say they are, and we do not check whether what they write is accurate — a family reads each one and decides whether it is shown at all.

A player may turn off their recommendation link at any time, which stops any further submissions immediately.

The free plan includes the profile address, photograph, vitals, club, one highlight, five links and both share images. The paid plan adds the recruiting workflow: events, coach contact, the coach view, the one-pager, more film and profile views.

A club on the roster plan covers every player on its roster. If a club stops paying, those profiles return to the free plan; they are not deleted and the address keeps working.

Prices may change. We will not change the price of an active subscription without notice, and paid features already bought for a period stay available for that period.

You may unpublish at any time, which takes the page offline immediately, or delete the account entirely from the dashboard. Deleting removes the profile and everything attached to it.

We do not promise that using this service will get anybody recruited. Nothing here is an endorsement of a player by us, and we have no relationship with any college, university or governing body.

Recruiting rules — contact dates, what a coach may and may not do — are set by the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA and change. Our course material is a summary written in good faith and reviewed periodically. Check the current rules with the governing body or a compliance officer before relying on them.

The service is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost recruiting opportunities.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can delete the account.
